    Description

    Al Malaikah Temple Shriner Fez, Gold Cufflinks & Pin,1924-32 Membership Cards. These are all used items from a member's collection dating to the 1920s-1930s. The fez is stiff from being stored in the pouch and there is some wear to the metallic finish of the decorative threads. The tassel and the felt show signs of age and wear. One seam of the pouch is torn. The jewelry is in "as found" condition and has not been cleaned. The cufflinks are engraved with the member's initials. Please see the photos for more detail.
    The fez label is Ville de Paris, Seventh at Olive, B.H.Dyas Co., Los Angeles. It measures approx 7" tall and 7-1/2" diameter at base. It is stored in a black fabric pouch.
    The Cufflinks are marked 14K. One side features the Al Malaikah Shriner Scimitar and Crescent, the other has the members initials GRB monogrammed. They measure 1-1/4" long laid flat, each side measures 9/16" x 1/2".
    The diamond shaped pin features the scimitar, crescent, and star symbols in the center surrounded by a colorful floral border. It is marked 10K on the pin and measures 5/8" x 1/2".
    The member cards are all for Noble G. Rayson Brown, a member of Al Malaikah Temple AAONMS of Los Angeles for the years 1924, 1925, 1926, and 1932. They measure 3-1/2" x 2-5/16".
